What We Do

In the senior living marketplace we have created projects both large and small in scale. We have served the highest and lowest ends of the socio-economic spectrum, and construction budgets are sometimes enormous and sometimes quite modest. Regardless, AG’s projects are distinguished by the firm’s singular ability to develop large-scale residential environments which create a warm, home-like atmosphere for senior residents, while meeting the practical needs of both public and private sponsors.

Project Experience

The firm also has a rich history in the design of the full range of multi-family building types including a growing portfolio of mixed use structures in urban environments. Projects have ranged from small additions and remodeling to major high-rise structures and significant complexes encompassing several hundred acres. The firm has provided design services for municipalities and private sector organizations. Building types include mixed use, multi-family housing, adaptive re-uses, retail facilities, religious facilities and medical facilities.
