Based in Wisconsin, the firm’s widely respected team of architects, engineers and support specialists has been commissioned to design and construct projects nationwide.

Our Success

The principals and staff have achieved notable success and recognition in the design of multi-family housing developments and extended care health facilities that have led to commissions throughout the United States. AG ARCHITECTURE has applied their senior living expertise to more than 60 senior living communities, over 120 freestanding memory support and assisted living buildings as well as numerous skilled nursing facilities.

Senior Living Specialists

Experience in extended care health facilities and housing have been blended to create numerous independent living retirement centers. AG ARCHITECTURE is intensely involved with the programming, master planning and full service design of senior living and health care facilities on a daily basis. Due to the firm's experience, sensitivity to design and attention to individual client preferences, clients have continuously retained the firm for project after project. Today, AG is regularly called upon to support many of these facilities in their repositioning efforts as well as addressing their interest in sustainable design.

In-House Resources

Prior experience has proven that the best way to coordinate architectural services and control time schedules and costs is to provide all these services "in-house". Therefore, a full service engineering staff is maintained to simplify decision making, document preparation and coordination during construction. In addition, a growing number of architects and engineers on staff are obtaining their LEED AP credentials in order to properly guide clients through sustainable initiatives on their projects.

Consulting Services

Outside consulting services are regularly retained for interior design, foodservice design, landscape design, and civil engineering. Where unique structural or mechanical engineering systems are called for, outside consultants are selected based on experience with these specialized systems.

AG ARCHITECTURE maintains a substantial amount of work-in-progress. However, with each project the goal is to structure services in a way that will match the timetables set by each client. A flexible staff makes this possible.
