At AG Architecture the work atmosphere is a family atmosphere. We support our employees and their families. We invest in the design of our own working environment in order to attract and retain talented individuals. By providing a stimulating, well-designed workspace, we support the well being of our employees on a daily basis. In addition, we thank our staff every Friday at 4:30 pm with time set aside to socialize and celebrate the end of another productive work week. A weekly fruit, bread and fresh baked chocolate chip cookie day as well as special company-wide events throughout the year are unique perks that show the employees they are appreciated. While not typical benefits that reward the employees financially, these perks show our commitment to our staff. We appreciate hard work, encourage it and reward it.
