Housing Authority Offices and Warehouse Milwaukee, Wisconsin Completion Date: 9/5/2002

Sensitive to former Mayor John Norquist`s interest in creating good architecture in the City of Milwaukee, the site for this 18,400 s.f. office/warehouse with 12,000 s.f. of parking, presented some unique challenges.

A major difference in elevation between the road at the front of the building and the road at the back of the building presented major construction and design considerations.  The architectural brick work used on the exterior of the building, utlizing two color bricks and limestone arches, mimics the style of the surrounding area.  Furthermore, historic panleing was reused in the conference room.
